Got burnt from an eyebrow wax during a facial. Offered a free LED treatment in response initially that was not then honoured when trying to book in for my next treatment. Extremely poor customer service.

I am customer at Alive medispa for 18 years , and I were never expected that at reception at ths front desk some girls (staff) are not nice with the clients. In my opinion if customers are right or wrong, their are (we are customers not deserving some rude manners from your staff)
