I have been a long time customer and can only speak so very highly of all aspects of Cosmetic Images. Customer service and care is excellent with a focus on building relationships. I trust Sheri and all of the team to give me realistic advice and support. I am always incredibly pleased with my results. Sheri genuinely cares about my needs and her level of consultation and practice is outstanding. My appointments are never a burden I truly see them like a visit with friends. I recommend Cosmetic Images, without question.

It’s really interesting that on each 1 star review, the client “is not on their database”. I was a loyal client of Gemma’s for many years, then when she moved on, I was seen by Sherri-Lee who left one side of my brow completely paralysed with too much Botox and when I made a request for it to be fixed (I was going to a wedding…) I was brushed off, told it would be at my expense to fix and that was that. I was in tears, spoke with their medical doctor Tracey, who at least showed some empathy, and I decided not to pursue my complaint due to feeling intimidated. So when you respond that I’m “not on your database” perhaps these names of staff may jog your memory that I attended your clinic for several years and referred several friends to you in the past.

Sheri-Lee is the best. Been to many places and no where is better. She’s a professional and the results are amazing. Also the staff are super friendly and qualified. Susan is lovely

Then she will tell you her expert views! This is really important. The clinic is immaculately clean. The reception staff are friendly and professional (thanks Susan). Prices are competitive.
